Pricing Specialist Job Description

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to support and facilitate data-driven decision-making across Direct Insurance Pricing teams for large-scale transformation projects. This entails ensuring that the Pricing teams at IAG have their data and reporting needs met as new technology platforms go-live.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design a comprehensive pricing process for all Direct Insurance products, guaranteeing that Pricing teams are supported with relevant data inputs.
  • Determine data requirements for technical delivery teams to build towards under IAG's large-scale transformation project.
  • Identify and address precise specifications based on rigorous and specific nature of inputs into technical pricing models and pricing algorithms.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing of data objects once passed back to the Pricing team.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including data delivery teams and Pricing teams.
