Early Learning Educator

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Learning Educator to work alongside our exceptional team of early childhood teachers and educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality education and care. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ACECQA recognised Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education and Care
  • Current ACECQA approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma certifications or willingness to obtain
  • Current ACECQA approved Child Protection training or willingness to obtain
  • Fluency in German and strong understanding of German culture
  • Availability to work between the hours of 7.00am - 6.00pm
  • Understanding of current early education and care legislation and regulations including the EYLF and NQS
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Demonstrated strengths-based approach in working with children and their families
  • Sound ICT skills
