About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to play a crucial role in ensuring our retail floor is filled with unique and one-of-a-kind treasures for our customers.
Your typical day might include:
- Filling the sales floor with pre-loved items that have already been sorted and prepared by the production team
- Engaging with our customers and providing exceptional service at every interaction
- Working collaboratively with your team to meet daily production targets and support our safety culture
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have a mix of the following skills and qualities:
- Apart from availability for part-time hours – Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 3.30pm, being a flexible person is an advantage.
- You should be a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and helping others to meet team goals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality – is preferred.
- Celebrating uniqueness and contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace culture is essential.
- Being impact driven and passionate about making a difference in your team and community is required.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new situations and improve processes is vital.
