Packaging Line Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of our packaging lines.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in machinery management and a proven track record of maximizing efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operation of the packaging lines, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Liaise with the maintenance team to schedule and coordinate routine maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall performance.
- Monitor and control fruit inputs, ensuring accurate tracking and tracing.
- Ensure all packing line equipment is functioning optimally, performing regular checks and maintenance as required.
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety and quality within the team.
- Proven post-qualification experience in machinery management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results.
