Packaging Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor - Packaging to join our team at our Newbridge site in Victoria.
This role involves providing support to the Site Manager and packaging operational staff in maintaining site safety, quality, and production performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to create high-quality products that consistently meet product specifications.
- Ensure a monthly production plan is produced in line with forward sales expectations from the business.
- Demonstrate leadership through safe working practices in line with company objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Loader Licence (LL) and commitment to Bio Gro's safety, environmental and quality assurance policies and company values.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximising effective manufacture is an advantage but not essential.
