The Customer Experience Leader Role:

This leadership position will help drive sales growth by delivering exceptional customer experiences across our retail stores.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing stock management processes, including inventory preparation, audits and transfers
  • Ensuring operational compliance within the store's back of house areas
  • Leading data-driven inventory management initiatives for accuracy
  • Providing support for customer escalations
  • Offering technical training and support for new and existing processes, products or services
  • Developing a strong partnership with the outsource Samsung Service team to enhance operations
  • Managing rosters and supporting team development in operational areas
