Site Operations Director

We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our production and retail sites. As a Site Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety, HACCP management, and leadership development. You will be responsible for managing budgets, overseeing resource allocation, and implementing process improvements across production and retail operations.

You will also lead by example, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement. We are looking for someone who can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations, prioritizing quality, service, and safety">
  • Management of budgets, labor, expenses, accounts payable/receivable, and profit and loss">
  • Resource and material management planning and scheduling to meet demand efficiently">
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across retail and production">
  • Compliance with food safety regulations, laws, and local standards">
  • Management of stock levels, including raw materials and finished goods">
  • Development and implementation of contingency plans for operational disruptions">

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in food handling or manufacturing, preferably in a management role. A Diploma in Business Management or related field is preferred. Experience in conflict management, budgeting, and process improvement is essential. Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
