Workforce Planner Role

This is a key position in our organisation, responsible for ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time to maintain operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will be expected to forecast labour needs and build effective rosters, manage workforce planning systems and processes, analyse data and share insights with stakeholders, work with operations, HR and agency partners to meet staffing requirements, and provide solutions for daily workforce challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting labour requirements and creating efficient schedules
  • Managing workforce planning systems and optimising workflows
  • Analysing data and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with operations, HR and agency partners to achieve staffing goals
  • Developing creative solutions to address workforce challenges

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Strong skills in rostering, forecasting or workforce planning
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
