We are seeking an experienced ERP System Administrator to join our team at Compumedics Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing hands-on configuration and support of Dynamics 365, Business Central/Dynamics NAV to ensure seamless integration with our corporate system requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level support for Dynamics 365, Business Central/Dynamics NAV, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of core software, business processes, best practices, related technologies, enhancements, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive business value and continuous improvement.
- Design, test, and implement custom solutions and integrations to meet business needs.
- Represent Compumedics Limited through effective communication with third-party vendors and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, preferably in a support role.
- 4+ years of experience with NAV/Business Central Finance/AR/AP modules.
- 2+ years of experience with NAV/Business Central Manufacturing module preferred.
- Object-oriented programming experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service experience and strong technical writing ability.
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV Certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
