We are currently looking for a dedicated Lancome Senior Beauty Consultant to join our North Adelaide Pharmacy team.

The role of a Senior Beauty Consultant is pivotal in enabling us to fulfill our purpose because they:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and consult with our customers, ensuring they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Makes every customer feel valued while showcasing prestige products.
  • E nsures our customers' transactions are processed correctly and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Ensures our stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked, making our customers feel welcome and enhancing their experience in our stores.
  • Demonstrates the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

Successful candidates consistently demonstrate:

  • Outstanding product knowledge and presentation consistent with a prestigious brand.
  • Extensive experience in managing a beauty counter.
  • Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers with various health and wellbeing needs.
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Willingness to continually learn about National Pharmacies' products and services.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
