Major Commercial, Hotel & Student Accommodation Projects

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client-Side Project Manager to join a well-established global consultancy. You'll work across the full project lifecycle, delivering a diverse portfolio of high-profile developments including major student accommodation, hotels, and commercial buildings.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the built environment who is ready to hit the ground running in a client-side project management capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to defects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop briefs, scopes & concept documentation
  • Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate clear and proactive communication between teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Work autonomously while driving successful project outcomes

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–10 years' experience in client-side project management
  • Proven record delivering built form projects
  • Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (essential)
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and business acumen
