Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT professional to join our team in Karratha, Australia.

The role involves hands-on user support, including troubleshooting and maintaining devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, IP phones), networking tasks within a Cisco environment, and collaboration with the wider networking team.

You will provide hands-on support for networking, storage, and hosting, assist with technical issues, ensure system functionality, and meet Service Level Agreement requirements.

You will take ownership from planning to reporting, while adhering to safety and cybersecurity protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support
  • Hands-on user support experience, including troubleshooting devices and systems managed in an Intune environment
  • Strong networking experience in a Cisco environment, with CCNA certification
  • Experience providing hands-on support for networking, storage, and hosting teams
  • Ability to plan, execute, and report on technical maintenance campaigns
  • Experience with Windows Servers, VMware, and Palo Alto firewalls for management and maintenance
  • Strong understanding of SLA requirements and a focus on meeting SLAs
  • High awareness of safety and strict adherence to safety protocols
  • High awareness of cybersecurity and strict adherence to cyber policies and protocols
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A mature, independent worker who takes pride in their work
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with other technical teams
