Job Description
  • This role is part of the IT Service Desk team, responsible for ensuring colleagues maximise the use of systems and equipment.
  • Provide first and second line support for all IT & communication software, systems, and technologies used by the group.
  • Utilise a wide range of IT skills in a predominantly Microsoft environment.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Application support
  • Project work to further improve systems and services

Key Requirements

Essential Skills:
  • Previous application support experience
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • Logical approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have:
  • Ability to understand and write SQL queries
  • HNC or better in a computer-related discipline
