Job Description

This role involves providing high-quality speech pathology assessments, diagnostics, and interventions for inpatient rehabilitation and acute adult patients. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care, contribute to discharge planning and documentation, and manage a caseload in line with departmental policies and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive speech pathology services to adult patients in inpatient rehabilitation and acute care settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to discharge planning and documentation, ensuring patients receive comprehensive support.
  • Manage a caseload in accordance with departmental policies and protocols.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate up to $72 per hour + super, as well as accommodation and travel assistance provided. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive team environment while enjoying the benefits of a locum position.
