About The Role

During this exciting time in our customers' home building journey, you will play an integral role in guiding them through the initial stages of their experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming our customers into our new home displays and experience centres, understanding their needs and providing them with the information they need to guide their visit through the homes.

  • Welcoming our customers into our new home displays and experience centres
  • Understanding customer needs and providing relevant information
  • Helping our award-winning designs shine by taking pride in the presentation of our homes and sales suites
  • Maintaining product information and databases to enable a great experience for our customers and Sales team
  • Following up with customers after their visit to check in and keep them connected to our team
Requirements

We are looking for someone with availability to work 35 hours a week every Thursday through to Monday from 10:30am - 6pm. Your rostered days off will be Tuesday & Wednesday.

You should be excited to explore the world of property and new home construction. You should have a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing an authentic and engaging service to them as you help guide them to achieve their new home goals.
