  • Welcome and engage with customers at our display homes and experience centres.
  • Understand customer needs and provide them with information to guide their visit.
  • Promote our award-winning designs by maintaining the presentation of our homes and sales suites.
  • Ensure product information and databases are up-to-date to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Follow up with customers after their visit to check-in and maintain relationships.

You should be confident in interacting with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, and value building meaningful relationships with your peers and customers.
