Due to continuous growth, Metricon is seeking high performing sales people to represent Metricon at one of our beautifully presented display home centres within Victoria's Regional North.

This role is perfect for a highly driven salesperson who wants to create a rewarding and successful career in property/construction

Reporting to the Sales & Brand Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting prospects/customers as they walk through our Display Home;
- Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Providing customers with a first-class experience, exceeding customer service expectations;
- Working closely with our customers to design their dream home;
- Converting leads into sales;
- Opening and closing our Display Homes, maintaining their cleanliness and promotional material; and
- Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers, and local community providers
