Product Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Lead to manage, enhance and strategically direct our digital care platform.

This role involves collaborating with clinicians, care teams, stakeholders and technology partners to optimize workflows, improve patient experiences and shape future connected health services across Australia.

Job Overview:

As a Product Lead, you will be responsible for managing the daily optimization of our Digital Care Platform, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows and platform adoption, developing and maintaining the product roadmap aligned with healthcare needs and leading platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimizing daily management of our Digital Care Platform
  • Collaborating with clinical and operational teams to improve workflows and platform adoption
  • Developing and maintaining the product roadmap aligned with healthcare needs
  • Leading platform improvements and gathering user feedback
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience with healthcare digital solutions and understanding clinical workflows
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in product or project delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Azure, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in systems configuration, change management and Agile/CI-CD practices
  • Vendor management skills and high-quality delivery assurance
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
