Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Coffee Specialist to join our team at our Nespresso Boutique in Chermside. As a Senior Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your expertise and passion for coffee with customers, and supporting the leadership team to efficiently run the boutique.
Key Responsibilities- Provide memorable customer service that reflects Nespresso's brand and values
- Engage and connect with customers through club membership and coffee tastings
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee and coffee-making techniques
- Support the completion of the on-boarding process for new employees and work with team members to achieve individual development goals
- Partner with the Stock Controller to achieve stock control targets
- Be part of a supportive team that promotes inclusion, growth, and innovation
- Coffee perks with monthly Nespresso coffee credit and staff discounts
- Exceptional training, mentoring, and continuous personalized development support
