We are currently recruiting for a Boutique Senior Coffee Specialist at our Nespresso Boutique in Chermside. This role requires a rotating roster, including late night trading and alternate weekend availability.

• Share expertise and passion for coffee with customers, supporting the leadership team to efficiently run the Boutique.
• Engage and connect customers with a high level of service and product, maximising sales.
• Oversee all staff on the floor, including performance management and creative collaboration with team members.
• Deliver memorable customer service, shining the Nespresso brand and values.
• Partner with the Stock Controller to achieve stock control targets.
