Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Coffee Specialist to join our team at our Nespresso Boutique in Chermside. As a Senior Coffee Specialist, you will share your expertise and passion for coffee with our customers, while supporting our leadership team to efficiently run the Boutique.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and connecting customers with a high level of service and product
- Maximising sales and overseeing all staff on the floor, including performance management
- Creatively collaborating with team members to create a memorable customer experience
