Job Description

The role of Store Business Manager is an outstanding opportunity for a people-focused leader to drive business results and inspire their team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a large team, with flexible availability across a span of hours.
  • A strong understanding of retail operations and experience working to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Effective time management and organisational skills, with a focus on safety management and training.
