Meat Processing Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Meat Processing Professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced individual with skills in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering duties preferably.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive remuneration package and the potential for career advancement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering/Sawing duties required
  • Relevant qualification (Cert 2/3 Meat Processing) advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of different rotations
  • Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
