Home Care Worker Job

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support services to our customers in their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged, Community Care or equivalent and be able to work independently and safely in a client's home. They will also have good communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English, and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.

  • Provide personal care and general housekeeping assistance to clients as directed by the Support Plan.
  • Assist clients with transportation for appointments and leisure outings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Aged, Community Care or equivalent.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Reliable vehicle with valid registration and minimal 3rd Party Insurance.
  • Consent to undertake relevant Background Checks.
