**Job Title:** Chief Executive Officer

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to serve as our Chief Executive Officer. As the head of our organization, you will be responsible for driving our strategic vision, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within our team
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive organizational growth and development

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the arts or not-for-profit sector
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising, marketing, and community engagement
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
