- $41 per hour + super

**About Us**

Drake International is a renowned, privately owned, international recruitment and human resources solutions company, with a proud history of client service excellence.

We are currently recruiting for executive assistant to assist in local council for our client based in Rockingham with an immediate start to work full time hours (Monday to Friday) on 3 month Temp assignment.

**About the Role**
- Perform confidential and extensive personal assistant and secretarial service to the Chief Executive Officer
- organising, and prioritising workload, correspondence and/or report generation, preparation, and dissemination
- Analyse all telephone calls, correspondence and enquiries directed to the Chief Executive Officer and initiate appropriate action/response to solve problems and facilitate a result.
- Liaise with consultants regarding co-ordination of conferences, meetings, and appointments.
- Provide secretarial support to Executive Services Secretary position and Mayor
- Liaising with Minister's Personal Assistant's to arrange appointments, coordinating brief notes
- Responsible for the planning of Council functions and receptions under the directions of the Chief Executive Officer.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Administration assistant with minimum of 2-3 years experienced
- Extensive written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive word processing and data input skills.
- Sound time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to use initiative, prioritise workload and solve problems.
- Ability to analyse information and implement appropriate action.
- Sound customer service and public relations skills.
- Ability to supervise, delegate workload and train staff.
- Working knowledge to perform functions of Executive Secretary.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products including Word
