The Role

This part-time (25 hours) Assistant Store Manager position offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and create a great customer experience in our brand-new Williams Tuggeranong store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge
  • Ensuring visual merchandising standards and stock management are upheld
  • Providing critical support to the Store Manager to drive store success
  • Leveraging your coaching and development skills to inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales targets
