Job Summary

The Store Training & Development Lead will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of high performance and exceptional customer experiences throughout the store. This individual will oversee and facilitate the onboarding process for new team members, design and lead comprehensive training sessions, and model and coach exemplary customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Induction: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new team members, providing guidance and support to help them acclimate quickly and effectively.
  • Product Training Programs: Design and lead training sessions focused on existing and emerging product categories, empowering the sales team with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Model and coach exceptional customer service standards throughout the sales process, inspiring the team to exceed customer expectations.
  • Training Resources: Leverage all available training materials, tools, and resources to ensure the team is well-prepared and informed.
  • Collaborative Operations: Work closely with colleagues to support the smooth execution of day-to-day store operations, fostering a collaborative environment.
