Retail Store Assistant Leader

The Assistant Store Manager role at Sussan presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about retail management and customer service to develop their leadership skills and advance in their careers. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, inspiring and coaching the in-store team, identifying sales opportunities, and enhancing customer experience through friendly service and product knowledge.
About the Role:
This leadership position offers a comprehensive online learning program, followed by in-store training with your Store Manager, to ensure your success. You will have access to Management Development Programs, which will provide you with the support and knowledge needed to excel in your role. You will also enjoy a generous 50% team member discount on Sussan products, as well as the opportunity for monthly and seasonal bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of the store, including managing operations in their absence.
- Coach and inspire the in-store team to achieve their full potential.
