We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to empower our team to achieve extraordinary things. We believe in flexibility, inclusion, and continuous learning.
The Role
You will support process improvement activities to automate, integrate and streamline processes across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating system capabilities to support process optimization initiatives.
- Championing change and driving a culture of enthusiasm for improvement through education.
- Developing rapport with internal stakeholders to enable continuous delivery and support for improvement projects.
- Facilitating meetings and workshops including lessons learnt activities.
- Performing gap analysis' to support the identification of areas for process improvement.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in effective requirement elicitation and management.
- Demonstrated experience in critical problem solving and systems thinking.
- Demonstrated experience in digital transformation and change management.
- Strong experience in facilitating workshops and developing and delivering training material.
