Graphic Design Lead:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Design Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications group, you will be responsible for delivering high-calibre design solutions that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce a suite of professional corporate collateral, including capability statements, charter brochures, case studies, and other business-development materials.
  • Develop keynote presentations and decks to aid thought leadership initiatives, such as zero-emissions transport, diversity and inclusion, and customer experience excellence.
  • Support our customer experience through designing customer information, wayfinding signage, and related materials.
  • Create and execute digital marketing assets and visual content for social media, website, and internal communications.
  • Support our Employer of Choice and Talent Acquisition initiatives by designing a range of assets, such as social media promotions, bus wraps, and other employment-related creative.
  • Provide brand strategy and governance, including development of our Brand Toolkit and guidelines, and ensuring all creative materials align with this approach.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage timelines and delivery of creative materials.
The Ideal Candidate
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, concepts, and techniques.
  • Experience creating graphics for a variety of uses.
  • Excellent technical skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience in using tools such as Canva to empower stakeholders to manage asset variation within brand guidelines.
  • A creative flair, a passion for design, and a strong work ethic – someone who's eager to make their mark.
