At Nick Auditore Represents (NAR), we partner with some of the world's most iconic leagues and sports lifestyle brands, from the NBA and NFL to the AFL. We're on a mission to take the power of the leagues from stadiums to the streets, creating apparel that fans can wear their way. We're now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our passionate Creative Team, bringing fresh ideas, commercial sense, and technical expertise to our growing apparel business.

Your New Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our product ranges by designing bold, innovative, and commercially on-point graphics. Reporting to the Creative and Product Design & Development Director, you'll own the end-to-end process of creating apparel graphics that excite fans and stand out in the market. Beyond design, you'll be a role model for collaboration, adaptability, and creativity, helping to set the tone for the design team and inspiring those around you.

Day-to-day you'll be

• Designing and developing innovative, trend-driven graphics for apparel collections across major leagues and brands.
• Translating global trends into locally relevant and commercial products.
• Preparing accurate artwork specs and ensuring smooth handover to production.
• Managing league approvals for your designs and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, ensuring all graphic artwork complies with IP and copyright requirements.
• Driving new product opportunities both within your business group and supporting external initiatives that come via the new business pipeline.
• Bringing a solutions-focused mindset to design challenges and approvals.
• Spotting new opportunities for product and design innovation that keep us ahead of the market.
• Collaborating with internal teams, licensors, and external vendors to deliver outstanding product.

You'll Thrive In This Role If You Are

• A graphic designer with 8+ years' experience in apparel, licensing, or product development and a tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or similar.
• A portfolio that showcases both creativity and commercial sensibility.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Confident in technical print and application techniques (screen print, embroidery, trims, etc.).
• Experienced in working with licensing, approvals, and trend translation.
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle deadlines without losing your creative spark.
• A natural collaborator who enjoys being part of a passionate and high-performing team.
• Growth-minded, adaptable, and excited to keep learning and raising the bar.
