Administrative Support Specialist

A competitive salary of $65,000 per annum is on offer for this Part Time Receptionist & Administrator position.
This role is based in our Essendon Fields Branch and involves being the first point of contact between the organisation and our customers by proactively managing reception functions, both face to face and over other communication channels.
About the Role- Welcome customers and visitors to the dealership, identifying their needs and providing a high level of service.
- Manage the waiting area, ensuring visitors and customers know we care about their time and experience.
- Monitor visitor access, ensuring visitor books are accurate and completed.
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Open and distribute mail, file and archive documents as required.
- Order stationery and consumables when necessary.
- Clean the service kitchen and seating areas, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Process credit card reconciliations, M-Files/Titan invoices, ROs and purchase orders.
- Process invoices, bank reconciliations, standard journals and statement checks.
- Manage petty cash processing and banking transactions.
- You will be a seasoned receptionist & administrator with a strong work ethic and relevant experience.
- You possess excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- You enjoy multi-tasking and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
