We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service professional to join our team as a Support Agent.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with resolving customer complaints and inquiries via chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints, offering solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams as needed
  • Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proficient communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) and other productivity tools
