Centre Leadership Role

The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team in delivering excellent customer service and achieving centre-wide results.

This leadership role focuses on managing the centre in the absence of the Centre Manager, with skills across all centre functions including customer experience, learn-to-swim programs, health and safety compliance, and pool operations.

Prior experience in sectors such as Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, or Business is preferred. Proven team leadership or people management skills are essential, with the ability to motivate and develop others.

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a track record of achieving targets and KPIs, flexibility, adaptability, resilience, and openness to feedback.
