Job Opportunity

The Aquatic Operations team at Cumberland Council is seeking a skilled Pool Lifeguard to provide high-quality customer service and ensure the cleanliness and presentation of aquatic facilities.

This role will assist the Aquatic Operations Supervisor in ensuring safety, quality, and professional operation of aquatic facilities, providing patrons with excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and well-presented facility that meets industry standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist the Aquatic Operations Supervisor in ensuring safety, quality, and professional operation of aquatic facilities.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patrons have a positive experience.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of aquatic facilities meet industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Licence
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • High level of interpersonal and customer service skills
