Driving Commercial Growth

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to drive commercial growth through data-driven insights.

This role is critical in supporting our Retail division, providing commercial leadership and insights to inform business decisions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Economic modelling of product pricing structures and proposed future changes.
  • Building financial models to support business investment decisions.
  • Validating business cases and conducting variance analysis on benefits realisation.
  • Providing high-quality advice to internal teams on customer and product profitability.
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and providing creative solutions.
  • Managing end-to-end sales commissions, including setting up commissions and managing offshore processing teams.
  • Supporting the Finance Planning and Analysis team in developing overall Retail budgets and forecasts.
About Success in this Role:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, working with Channel Partners and programs.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling.
  • Understanding and exposure to Commissions constructs and operations.
  • Highly developed Excel skills, including complex formulas and PivotTables.
  • Strong Financial and Commercial Acumen, together with effective stakeholder management.
  • High attention to detail and ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
