Job Title: Community Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Support Professional. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults, enabling them to live independently at home for as long as possible.

Job Description:

The Community Support Professional will provide personal care assistance, household tasks, and social support to individuals in their homes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Engaging in light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable and flexible approach to work
  • An Australian driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
