We are seeking highly active and compassionate support workers with a minimum of 1 year experience to empower our clients in Western Australia.

As a support worker, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing daily living assistance and support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support participants to work towards achieving their individual goals and aspirations
  • Participate in hydrotherapy sessions and ensure participant safety and well-being
  • Provide daily living assistance including cooking, housekeeping, hygiene, shopping, medication administration, and community access
  • Build participant confidence and self-esteem through empowerment and support
  • Liaise with clients, family/carers, case managers, and other professionals to achieve participant goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth running of disability services and programmes

**Requirements:**

  • Qualification in community/disability/individual support/aged care/Mental Health or related field
  • Experience working with clients with disabilities and challenging behaviors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle for transport purposes
  • 100-point check ID and valid visa/working rights in Australia
  • Participant Preference - Australian

**Working Conditions:**

  • Afternoon shift and morning shift options available
  • Shift work and flexible scheduling to meet client needs

**Remuneration:** $27.17 per hour, with opportunities for part-time and casual employment up to 20 hours per week.
