We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide high-quality support and care for people with disabilities in their communities.

As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and assistance with daily activities, promoting independence and overall well-being.

Our team works closely with clients to tailor services to their unique needs, ensuring a safe and positive environment.

  • Provide personal care and support for daily activities
  • Encourage community participation and social engagement
  • Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and light household duties
  • Implement and follow personalized care plans
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Police Check (within the last 6 months)
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Reliable Vehicle with comprehensive insurance
