Job Title: Building Surveyor - Property Development

Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Graduate Building Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our property development group, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and governance requirements.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing technical processes, assessing project documentation, liaising with clients, and communicating with authorities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing technical reports, and assisting the Business Unit team with day-to-day management and assessment of projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a University degree or equivalent formal qualification in construction recognized by AIBS/RICS. You should also have technical competence appropriate for a Graduate Building Surveyor role, along with excellent communication and time management skills.

Requirements:
  • A University degree or equivalent formal qualification in construction recognized by AIBS/RICS.
  • Technical competence appropriate for a Graduate Building Surveyor role.
  • The ability to manage your workload effectively.
  • Accuracy and timeliness in checking documentation.
  • Capability to complete assigned tasks with consultation and approval from Senior Building Surveyor.
  • Effective time management to accommodate client requests.
  • The ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
