This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator.
">Job Description: As a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning engaging social events on site, conducting group fitness activities and classes, implementing company-wide health initiatives, monitoring sporting, leisure, and recreational activities/facilities, conducting health assessments and gym inductions, providing educational seminars, and ensuring communication and reporting processes. We are seeking experienced professionals who are passionate about promoting mental and physical wellbeing in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities: \
- li>Plan engaging social events on site\lgi>Conduct group fitness activities and classes\lgi>Implement company-wide health initiatives\lgi>Monitor sporting, leisure, and recreational activities/facilities\lgi>Conduct health assessments and gym inductions\lgi>Provide educational seminars\lgi>Ensure communication and reporting processes\lgi>
Requirements: You will need to have a Certificate IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport and Recreation, or health-related degree, minimum 12 months experience in a similar environment, current first aid and CPR certificates, passion for physical and mental health and fitness, strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in technical aspects of gym and recreation facilities, high level focus on engagement with clients and residents, events coordination, and health promotion background.
