Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator and Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This is a cross-functional role that will provide support across various functions within the production and warehousing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecasting and planning production over a 4-6 week period to ensure efficient inventory management and timely customer deliveries.
- Updating and maintaining the production plan daily, planning production orders to meet customer requirements, and ensuring smooth operations within the planning warehouse and supply chain.
- Being actively involved in strategic supply chain and production management activities within the business, including product and inventory maintenance, and assistance with the roll out of new systems.
- Preparing and submitting regular reports to management on production and warehouse activity, including inventory records and analysis of inventory data to identify trends and forecast demand.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Planning Administrator or similar role is essential.
- Planning and forecasting experience is essential.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
- Excellent understanding of planning management procedures and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal abilities.
