Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator and Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This is a cross-functional role that will provide support across various functions within the planning and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and planning production over a 4-6 week period to ensure efficient inventory management and timely customer delivery.
  • Updating and maintaining the production plan daily, planning production orders to meet customer requirements, and ensuring smooth operations within the planning and warehouse teams.
  • Being actively involved in strategic supply chain and production management activities within the business.
  • Product and inventory maintenance, including assistance with inventory management and data analysis.
  • Preparing and submitting regular reports to management on production and warehouse activity.
  • Updating inventory records to reflect new stock arrivals, dispatches, and adjustments.
  • Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Planning Administrator or similar role is essential.
  • Planning and forecasting experience is essential.
  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of planning management procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
