As a Housing Administrator, you will provide support to our Housing Manager at a residential community housing facility.

The role offers diversity in daily tasks, so we are looking for a well-rounded individual with excellent customer service skills and a 'can do' attitude.

Duties include:

  • Managing facilities such as common areas, notice boards, washing machines, and tokens
  • Ensuring maintenance items are entered into the system accurately, prioritised appropriately, and completed on time
  • Communicating with tenants about scheduled maintenance, changes, or reminders
  • Preparing documentation and information for new tenants, including contracts, bond processes, and tenant record keeping
  • Updating welcome packs and lease documentation for new tenants

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a busy administrative position
  • A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to learn new processes and software quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including empathy and active listening
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A willingness to uphold our organisation's values and obtain relevant vaccinations
