This exciting role is based in Melbourne, where you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team across front of house, bar, and kitchen to deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift, every night.
The Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maintain costs at optimal levels.
- Leverage your leadership skills to motivate and develop a team of up to 40 strong individuals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local stakeholders through community engagement and marketing initiatives.
- A seasoned leader with 2-3 years' experience running venues, with a proven track record of success.
- A natural people person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results.
