International Freight Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Export Seafreight Operations specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Export Seafreight Operations specialist, you will be responsible for handling orders from receipt through to delivery at the destination port.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure all export seafreight operations are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Bbuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Provide excellent customer service provision for all export seafreight operations.
- Accurately complete costing and invoicing for each file.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- 2-3 years of experience in export seafreight operations (FAK experience advantageous).
- Previous exposure in a hands-on export role in freight forwarding.
- Ability to work closely with key clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain commercial relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
- Desire to assist and cross-train in imports and cartage operations.
