Senior Risk and Regulatory Manager

- Manage and oversee Compliance framework and policies.
- Lead compliance inspections, ensure regulatory relations are maintained and foster a strong risk management culture.
- Handle incident reporting, coordinate regulatory updates and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs and provide expert advice to senior stakeholders.
- Oversee team development, audit responses and implement strategic initiatives.
About You
- You have over 10 years of experience in Legal & Compliance, with more than 5 years in a managerial role, driving business growth through effective risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Hold a degree in Law, Banking, Finance or a related discipline and possess a deep understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of strategic planning and execution, with a proven track record of delivering policy initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Can provide strong legal and compliance advice, leveraging your expertise to mitigate risk and drive business success.
