Job Overview

We're seeking an energetic and organized individual to join our team as a Student Services Manager. This exciting opportunity will enable you to develop your customer service skills while working with a global company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with EF Sales Offices worldwide to process and manage student bookings.
  • Review and confirm all bookings in our CRM system, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for students, suppliers, and internal teams, providing exceptional support and resolving queries promptly.
  • Coordinate student visa administration, welfare, and satisfaction tracking, ensuring compliance and high standards.
  • Assist with direct sales enquiries, walk-in sales, and extensions, driving revenue growth.
  • Lead the organization of intake days, graduation events, and other campus activities.
