Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Service Distributor Program Specialist in our Quality and Service Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Distributor programs within Toyota, providing analytics and reporting to support Quality and Service objectives.
  • Deliver detailed status updates and business insights to management, quality and service teams, and regional staff to track progress and inform decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Solid experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Solid understanding of database management principles.
  • Background in customer service with a focus on delivering quality support.
